Wolstenholme International is pleased to be the sole North American distributor of PELLEX™, a range of non-hazardous silver dollar aluminum pellets for the plastic colorant industry.

PELLEX™ is manufactured using a unique market leading water based milling technology using no solvents, thus eliminating any odor in the finished article. PELLEX™ is dust free and pourable providing ease of handling, and eliminating the dust and contamination hazards of powders and pastes. These pellets have a very tight particle size distribution to maximize brightness and produce a clean, highly lustrous metallic finish. This also aids flow and coverage, reducing the flow/weld lines in the finished article.

Wolstenholme's PELLEX™ aluminum pellets can be compounded into plastics for masterbatch, injection molding, extrusion, liquid concentrates, and blow molding. Adding a metallic effect to any plastics application enhances the appeal to the consumer and keeps in line with current and future trends. PELLEX™ offers an impressive range of metallic effects with an average particle size distribution ranging from 9 microns to 340 microns.
