| 1988 | Wolstenholme Bronze Powders acquires Johnson & Bloy offset metallic ink business, bringing two disciplines of bronze powder manufacturing and metallic ink technology together for the first time. Wolstenholme now owns and promotes the world famous UNIPAK® brand. | ||
| 1996 | Wolstenholme International Ltd. acquires Continental Dispersions Inc. in West Chicago, IL USA and enters into oil based carbon black dispersion manufacturing. | ||
| 1998 |
Wolstenholme acquires Abco Enterprises in Allegan,
MI and moves into water based carbon black dispersion manufacturing.

Wolstenholme acquires global distribution rights
to sell aluminum pellets for the plastics industry under the PELLEX™
brand name.

| 2007 | Wolstenholme International Ltd. sells its metallic ink and pigment business. Wolstenholme International Inc. in West Chicago IL USA continues to manufacture and sell carbon black dispersions, and remains a distributor of PELLEX™ aluminum pellets. | ||
